Over the years, we've been witness to many advertisements.

Some of them live to become classics, revered and cited in textbooks and tongues.

Of the advertisements, TV spots live for their big day in the sun . . . the Super Bowl.

Of the Super Bowl Advertisements, "Terry Tate: Office Linebacker" is one of my favorites.

Don't Forget That Cover Sheet.

I almost want to make a Terry Tate for my video game football universe. The nerd in me screams for this to happen.

Yes. Fall from grace, return to glory.

I love the pinpoint hits and the clever, spontaneous-sounding jibes that come out of Terry . . .

this isn't really a super bowl ad, but...

I remember a football style ad for snickers. And this player fumbles and falls and gets hurt. The coach asks if he is hurt. And the player says "When people "boo" it hurts my feelings." That was my favorite football commercial.

There was another commercial, it might also have been a candy bar . . .

The Kansas City Chiefs were practicing . . . the groundskeeper was having an off-kilter day, and he painted the end zone to spell "Chefs."

That was a good one too!

And the Groundskeeper says "Great Googily Moogily" LOL I loved that one and they had another one with a guy that thought he was batman. I loved that one.
