I generally use Google.
When I'm around a computer, sometimes I'll become idle. When idle, I go wandering. Suddenly, I find myself typing in random words into the image search. Often, it's a word that comes to mind from what I've noticed somewhere on LJ, be it what someone said, a word itself, or a mood . . . it's usually from something, with regard to what I witness.
For instance, the Disneytits were found by the following process. Something compelled me to search under the key word 'bitch.' Upon finding images of dogs, snarky ladies, and other assorted stuffs from the Google fish-net-haul, I stumbled upon an image of a lady with a wry smirk. On her t-shirt, something was written.
I wanted to look further to find what it was that was written. So, I clicked on the image.
Her t-shirt displayed, "I'm not a bitch . . . I'm THE bitch."
Mildly amused, I checked out the page that associated with the hosted image. Upon which, I discovered a cornucopia of collected images from the man with short arms who lovingly put together his website, as linked in the first image.
Often, when I'm looking for something, I find something else, and that strikes my interest. In this case, what started out looking for dogs turned into a chuckle or six . . . and the virus of amusement spreads.
What I end up sharing with people follows a certain process. Often, I forget just how I e-ended up places.
I had to laugh ... that's how it goes. "I'll be on for just a little bit" turns into "I'll be off in just a little bit", usually after at LEAST a couple of hours.
Yeah ... sometimes a trail of tears will follow, from laughing so hard.
I love unexpected finds.
Thanks for the add too, btw.
Just playing catch up on your journal now ... I like your Thanksgiving Day post - sorry 2004 was so lonely for you. In contrast, 2005 was all the more sweeter.
Yes, it was a ton better . . .
By the way, your journal front looks wonderful!
