Does anyone remember Dragon's Lair, Space Ace, or Dragon's Lair II: Time Warp?

They had Dragon's Lair in at least one arcade and possibly a 7-11 in my area. I remember the feeling of joyous insanity from watching this game, let alone playing it ... it was literally unlike most arcade games in this era. It had movie-quality graphics on par with your standard cell-drawn animated film. Going from Pac-Man to Dragon's Lair was like blowing your mind.

I was no good at this game, lol. It was expensive to play, and I couldn't last much past the gate. I was bad at it, but I loved watching other people play it, to the point where I remember wasting my time at arcades not playing games, using up my time watching some other guy navigate the screens.

Here's a walkthrough of the Dragon's Lair game.

I have all 3 on DVD. You can play them on a regular dvd player and the remote control is your controller. They are made by a company called Digital Leisure. If you are itchin for some Don Bluth 80's fun, i recomend picking them up!
