Normally, I despise SB Nation. In terms of blogthings, it's just one step above Bleacher Report, and B/R is an abomination.

If blogthings were compared to porn, SB Nation would be Asshole Fever.

Anyway, with that caution out of the way, let's get to something that shouldn't be duffing it on Shit's Bad Nation.

"Watching Baseball with People Who Hate Baseball: 5 Steps to Miserable Solitude" is quite possibly the best attempt at comedy I've seen on SB Nation. The article takes the reader through the eventual progression of your average baseball superfan becoming miserable and alone. Don't let this happen to you!

Bois's article screams Cracked.com wittiness. I've never heard of this guy before, but this article is ace. Thanks for brightening my day, Bois.

Jon Bois is the boss

I remember reading this article in a coffee shop and laughing out loud many, many times. It got to the point I had to set it down so people wouldn't do that awkward stare they tend to do when someone is obviously having way more fun than they are and they can't understand why.

This shit's great. Jon Bois is pretty funny, too bad he's primarily the weekend/feature editor for the national site.

I never noticed that, in one of the pictures for the article, they are in the "3th" inning. UNTIL NOW.

Re: Jon Bois is the boss

Yeah! That article is pregnant with the little lulz.
