Happy Halloween 2003! [Oct. 31st, 2003|05:00 pm]
[In the Moment |goodgood]

Boo! 1990

I didn't mean to scare you . . .

To you and your ghoulfriends, I wish you a Happy Halloween!

More Wishes . . . (click on a link to view some picks!)

Any costume will do.

In fact, in honor of Michigan's worsening economy, despite the nation's improving status, I think I shall dress as . . .

Unemployed Bum!

Have a drink or six.

Remember to know your limits.

Unless requested, keep your private area to yourself!

But most important above all things . . . rock on!

Have a haunting-good time!

Yes. Back in 1990, I was going for more of a 'Night of the Living Dead' feel, but it turned out more to be a 'Thriller' look and pose. :D

We did.

It was a combo birthday/Halloween party for my friend's gf, Amy. She had a great turnout for her get-together . . . no bobbing for apples, but plenty of pumping the keg around an open fire.

We had the party at a house of a deceased lady that my friend took care of for many years. It's on the market, but it hasn't been sold yet. The air was quite warm yesterday, so it was very comfortable to sit around the fire. The temperature certainly was unusually high for Michigan at the end of October . . . there were plenty of trick-or-treaters in the neighborhood.

Fun was had by all . . . t'was a good night. And, I capped the wee-hours of the morning with a DVD watch of Aliens: 20th Anniversary Edition. Yay!

I know. Back then, it was bargain budget, and we went with the ugly jeans that you'd wear to work at a place like a garage. I had kind of a machine-shop throwaway pair of clothing on that day. That way, I was able to cover myself in fake blood, and it wouldn't matter.

At least, I'll tell you all it was fake blood.

No one's missed Johnny. I guess he wasn't popular.
