Cryptic Post. [Dec. 22nd, 2003|07:30 am]
[In the Moment |curiouscurious]

Allow me to elaborate.
The following is a re-posted message from a larger nflfans post.

Those of you who understand football may get the text references.
However, there is a special message of my emotional grief buried here.
Encouragement to study such lines as laid out is not necessary.

Much of the original post precipitates this.
Other people may still not understand, but I am cool with that.
Many of you probably don't understand me on a regular basis.
Everything works in such intricate fashion.
New horizons can sometimes be achieved by a careful eye.
Trust helps us to view such horizons.

Most of all,
You know,

Fantasy Football is despised by Keyshawn Johnson.
As we can see, Keyshawn lost his version of 'Mein Kampf' this year.
No player is bigger than the NFL, and that is rightfully so.
To have two bad teams play in the late-season, that is painful.
As we all know, not every player comes to play on game day.
So to all you regular fans out there,
You should know.

Forget what outrageous claims I try to give you as valid suggestions.
Or, you may want to look vertically.
Otherwise, you could miss the motivation for my effort.
This would be so terrible, like the 40 years of Lions play.
Before you, there lies an unheard cry of frustration.
All of the world needs less Keyshawns.
Look past the celebration of Joe Horn's cell call to momma.
Look at the record of the Saints and Bucs, and you see the struggle.

To condone the franchises adrift is to award coaches like Spurrier.
Each person is responsible for their own actions.
As the clock ticks, we are largely not in control of much else.
Most Third-String Quarterbacks can confirm this.

Well-spoken is the individual who hands the ball to the referee.
As we watched Barry for his great seasons, he was not a braggart.
Showboats are only for the bar stools and the couches of talk shows.

Eliminate your acceptance of the status quo of professional sports!
Look past the glitz of a Monday Night Football toward a curling match.
If it is just one time, your sacrifice will build a better you.
Most games go forgotten, especially in today's throw-away society.
If we could have just the quality and less quantity,
Neither the producer nor the consumer would mind in the long run.
As a wise guy once said,
Though it was long ago,
Even someone who wasn't alive at that time can reference.
Doing this wise guy some honor,

This seems a fitting gesture.
Of all of the wise guys in professional sports,
Deserving of some quotation,
As much as he is cherished, I misquote,
Yogi Berra.

If you see a fork in the road, take it.

As every man is such a moment-seeker,
Many a man do not see the forest for the trees.

Vehement statements are often said with motivations unspoken.
Even the least-eloquent of voices should be given respect and time.
No man is an island,
Though Garrison Hearst may prefer some men to be shipped to one.
In the spirit of all living things,
Nothing is as joyous as a meek soul.
Going further as such, and the questions of validity come.

Thank you guys for taking the time.

This meek individual enjoys your commentary.

You know, I love football like all of you do.

Last but not least, keep the good posts going!

Ahaaaa! It's payback time!... Here's something you like and I think is pointless - football! *runs away laughing evilly*

Laughing on the inside,
Oh, I probably am laughing on the outside.
Otherwise, I'd be crying,
K, I'd rather laugh than cry.

Close to me is the loving energy.
Love helps me spread energy to others.
Oh, you could go on about football.
Such debates I long for usually.
Except if the full message,
Read, missed, lost.

*confused* Was that poetry? That's cool.

I just can't find a way to "appreciate" that game... *pointed look* I tried thinking of it as "chess" - people advised me - and I like chess, but honestly, can't see much resemblance. Looks like mindless brawling to me. Help?

Reading vertically, sometimes is the key.
Everything has such purpose, though,
All things are not as obvious as this.
Despite your friend's description of chess.

Clearly this friend does not understand.
Looking at football is watching war.
Oh, it is chess in a way. All sports are.
Something excites me when someone hits.
Except in baseball, I love a good whooping.
Really there's more to football than this.

Sure is entertaining, I think I'll play along
I adore fencing, but really despise boxing
For some reason. Exciting? Maybe it's a guy thing? ;)

Lateral logic is really the key.
Oh, in this case, vertical.
Oh, not vertigo!
Kinder souls take better to this.

Considering the time of year,
Laughing is hard for many.
Others have nothing but sorrow.
Surely some solace can be found.
Except for those who are eliminated.
Riding the wave of success leads to sand.

Disturbing that some people miss it.
Obvious stuff, that is.
Nearly blind!
Trust me, this is a bad thing.

That's hard to do, too.
Having faith in a stranger.
In some guy online.
Nothing to protect you except distance.
Knowing nothing about him.

Saftey is assured though.
He's quite harmless, and sometimes clever.
Enigmatic once in a while, but otherwise cool.

Guess she'll never see this.
Originally, I thought this would be better.
Time was against me.

Indubitably, I acquiesce.
Thanks for your time.

Forsaken, I am not.

Calling myself on my own sillyness,
Of all the people, most did not get it.
Under the skin, I sometimes do not peek.
Rather, I have some moments of focus.
Some are spent in great concentration,
Except for alcohol-fueled others.

Notably, I did not drink a drop,
On this New Year's.
Thinking sober on the 1st, I say!!!

Most do not understand many.
Oh, the horror.
Skipping past the pages is common.
Tough is it to find a clever eye.

Did I see this happening?
I doubt it.
Did I enjoy this find?

This find was exceptional. :D

Deftly, we converse.
Ostensibly, people grasp things around them.
Ever the wiser, we see less intelligence.
Sadly, they cannot.

To be sure, there is such a thing as overkill.
Hunting for hidden messages can overwhelm.
If, of course, you don't know what to look for.
Staring at complexity, can we see the simplicity?

Mediocrity is all around us.
Equal rights for unequal people who want the same thing.
And they won't accept their self-inflicted place.
Naked and exposed, they would crumble.

Youth avoid knowledge every generation.
Obviousness bcomes obscured.
Underwhelming as ever, I cry inside.

Look for other talents and skills.
Inside, everyone surely must have something unique.
Karate, for example, requires no algebra, but is brilliant just the same.
Everyone has some kind of gift.

Me? Mine is really trying to see them in anyone.
Except you were easier to read.

Best of thoughts,
Underneath the surface.
There are many.

I'll add you, for sure.

Won't you do the same?
Others are doing as such.
Neigh, that's a superficial reason.
Truly, I read back into archives.

Sloth is my vice.
Left to compulsion,
Everything but obsession.
Except for sports,
Perhaps, I'm progressed.

Within these words,
It gives me great pleasure.
Tomorrow I shall begin a move.
Hopefully, I will return online.

You shall see my return,
Of course, most likely.
Underoos came back into vogue.

Modesty is my strong suit.
Youthful indicretions notwithstanding.

Womanly wiles beguile me.
Internal dialog won't fit here.
Frankly, friendship is bigger than marriage.
Even so, marriage is the biggest one.
Stridently, I reject anyone else.

Perhaps minds intermingle better than hands.
Love has many levels, like a stadium.
Even the nosebleeders are happy to be there.
And the box seats invest much in their team.
Simply put, it's all good.
Even my analogies are tried.
Didn't you sense the madness?

My, we enjoy the conversation.
You should know.

Girls are much simpler,
In the womanly scheme.
Relating to boys and men.
Love I have for my own woman.
Friends I also hold dear,
Regards to marriage,
It is the highest.
Endless, we progress.
Never to be quite the same.
Does and bucks.

As my hours close to offline,
So may we all be safe.

With best of regards,
Expectations great,
Love for strangers,
Love for all.

Don't forget to check the Rosetta Stone. This has been an unintended and wonderful way to spend idle time these last bunch of hours. :D

Rosetta Stone.

You have stared into the abyss.

Rosetta Stone is as follows:

See Jane.
Eee! Jane loves Dick.
Eh, Dick digs this.

If Jane loves Dick,

No one else,
Other than Dick,
Well, Jane's in trouble. Dick's an ass.

Happy Holidays!
