How bizarre, I just went to your journal to see if you were still around.
Glad to see you still are.
I am glad I am too.
The trip into LA through the clouds this last night was a little bit difficult, seemingly. I thought for a few moments that it was zero visibility, and we'd end up about 150 meters off the ground, way too late to pull up for the landing.
Mr. jet-setter you :)

Oh crap, I completely missed that bit!
Happy Birthday man!
I have been jet-setting.
In 2003-2004, I have racked up miles on 7 non-stop flights between Detroit and Los Angeles.
Happy Happy B-day. To bad we can't go party! Can't wait to hear more about LA.
When you end up in San Diego at some point, we can sure afford a weekend of coordination. I live right near Sunset Avenue, so we can check out the scene.
The drive from SD to LA isn't long, about 3 hours . . . not bad time in car-ride terms.
If I end up in Cali again, it'll probably be LA.
That would be a good change. It's helping my personal demeanor in leaps and bounds.
Thank you, my b-day festivities were wonderful!
I will be careful.
happy birthday chris!!!!!!!!!
Have a good one, mate. Keep the faith.
Thank you. That I will, my friend, that I will.
And he's back!... Yay! I missed you and your awesome comments. Looking forward to your LA pictures. XD
More pictures shall be shared. At this point, a Marcus Sharpe photo stands in for ours. We have to hook up the rest of the computer gear before I can get a chance to get the photos online.
happybirthday! you should try the mexican restaurant trick, if you like ice cream and seranades.
I don't mind an honest serenade, that's for sure.
What bothers me are those crazy corporate restaurant chains, in particular, the help's poor renditions of 'happy birthday.'
I've been known to snap at folks who insist on calling the help over for one of those horrid well-wishes.
i love a good hapio verde tu ju. even the small mexican restaurants do it! it's fun. and they put a dusty and dirty, old, and heavy sombrero on your head while they sing all too loud.
at least they don't work at stonecold's creamery. they have to sing everytime they get a tip!
Hahaha, I missed this comment.
That is a great thing . . . to not have to sing for your supper.
Unfortunately, I'm grasping these hard issues at an odd hour in an odd part of an odd time in an odd life, right . . . now.
happy bday! hope everything is going great! have fun and be safe! i cannot wait to see the pictures u have!
Soon you shall have the full update.
